Super tasty and refreshing almond bars, and so easy to make.
PREPARATION TIME: 30 min, bake 30 min
NUTRITION VALUE (16 squares): 88 kcal/square (4.9 g fat, 8.8 g carbs, 2.8 g proteins)
60 g almond flour
25 g almonds (cut to pieces)
140 g whole wheat flour
30 g coconut oil
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp vanilla essence
½ tsp almond essence
10 g Stevia sugar (depend on how sweet your Stevia is)
*add some olive oil if it’s too dry
400 g strawberries (fresh or frozen)
5 g Stevia sugar (depend on how sweet your Stevia is)
- Mix all dry ingredients (except almonds) in a bowl.
Make a hole in the middle of dry ingredients and add wet ingredients (mix with a fork and than with hands so you get a crumbly dough)
Press ¾ of the dough on a baking tray (put baking paper underneath).
Meanwhile cook strawberries (10 min) with Stevia an pour them over the dough.
Sprinkle with the rest of the dough.
Bake 15 min on 200 Celsius and 15 min on 180 Celsius.
