PREPARATION TIME: 10mn (40min in a fridge)

NUTRITIONAL VALUE (12 sticks) : 48kcal/stick (1.2g fats, 5g carbs, 0.8g proteins)


70g oats

1 banana

20g peanut butter


  1. Mix everything in a blender.

  2. Put into a square cup and into freezer for 40min.

  3. Cut into sticks and that’s it.

Ps keep them in a fridge and eat them up in one day, because fresh is the best .
