INGREDIENTS
70g oats
1 banana
20g peanut butter
PREPARATION
- Mix everything in a blender.

Put into a square cup and into freezer for 40min.

Cut into sticks and that’s it.
Ps keep them in a fridge and eat them up in one day, because fresh is the best .
