Five Tips For Anti Aging Skin Treatment

Tip 1 – Smoking habit can make you look almost 10 years older than the non-smokers, who are of the same age. Apart from affecting your internal health badly, smoking also gives rise to fine lines around your mouth. Smoking also makes your skin dry excessively because it increases the harmful free radicals. Hence, anti-aging tip number six is to quit smoking.

Tip 2 Excessive exposure to sun can cause significant damage to your skin. Both UVA as well as UVB are responsible for acceleration of skin aging and formation of wrinkles. Protect your skin from the harmful ultraviolet rays of the sun by avoiding direct exposure to the sun, as far as possible.

And apply a superior quality sun block, at least half an hour prior to stepping out in the sun. Reapply the sunscreen if you have to stay out for a longer duration. Choose a sunscreen that provides you protection against both UVA and UVB.

Tip 3 – Antioxidants have the ability to fight the free radicals and protect your skin against their harmful effects. Hence, use an antioxidant moisturizer every morning or every night. If you opt for applying it in the morning then you will have to do this prior to the application of the sunscreen. And if you choose to apply the antioxidant moisturizer at night then you should apply it after the application of the retinoid.

Tip 4 – Try to deal with stress wisely and in a mature way. It is necessary to minimize stress in life if you want to look younger because stress weakens the capacity of your skin to prevent itself from the environmental factors, which may lead to the formation of fine lines, wrinkles, etc.

Tip 5 – Consume foods that are loaded with antioxidants. Antioxidants present in the foods will revitalize your skin and will also slow down the aging process. Cherries, berries, apples, red grapes, oranges, etc are packed with antioxidants.
